We promise to stick by our “Homemade is Good” philosophy and we reflect that in many of our customer favorite dishes like our Byronz bread, the fresh and hot Big Byronz sandwich, our savory Corn and Crab soup, the Byronz Chef salad, the heavenly, Heavenly Hash and our home-fried to order potato chips! But we didn’t stop there. Chef Kyle is always mixing it up with seasonal featured favorites including local ingredients, fresh from our vendors.

Throughout his life, Rob Landry has always had a passion for food and the service of it. He attributes his knowledge of the restaurant industry and the love for social events to his parents. His Mom and Dad were always a positive influence who nurtured this passion which brought Rob to the opening of Bistro Byronz in Mandeville. Since the opening Rob has continued to strive to bring back the “lost” aspects of the food industry from both the customer and employee perception. It is his firm belief that his customers should enjoy the experience of dining at Bistros as much as his staff enjoys creating that experience.

Kyle Benefiel is the Head Chef at Bistro Byronz Mandeville. He began his career and love of the industry at age 15 in Mandeville, LA. Through his career and education the gulf coast states have honed his culinary personality and his skills have benefited and guided the direction of the Mandeville Bistro since its inception almost 8 years ago. Upon Chef Kyle’s graduation of the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute in Thibodaux, LA , he assumed the position of Head Chef at the Mandeville Bistro. He enjoys using his creativeness in the famous Bistro specials while insuring the consistent quality and freshness the Bistro menu is known for!
